This website specialises in Appreciative Inquiry. Appreciative Inquiry (AI) is a systemic approach to organisational change and learning in Europe. AI is a form of organisational analysis first developed by Dr. David Cooperider and Suresh Srivastva, in 1987. AI is both a theory of change and a methodology for discovering, understanding and fostering innovations. AI involves the art and practice of asking questions that strengthen a system's capacity to discover and develop positive potential. It is not about ignoring problems - it is about approaching them from a different perspective.

Clean Language was given this term because it is sourced in the client's vocabulary, is consistent with the logic of his/her metaphors, and only introduces the universal metaphors of space, time and form. There is minimal interference (presupposition, interpretation, assumption) by the person using Clean Language. This model is useful in many situations, including conflict, breaking through barriers and developing interpersonal skills.
