16PF5

Developed by Raymond Cattell, the 16PF5 instrument is a robust measure of personality traits which can be used to help select the right people for positions and to design appropriate individual development programmes. It is available in UK English and many other European languages.   The 16PF5, a major revision of the well established 16PF.   It is the fifth edition.

It is one of the most widely-researched personality assessments currently available and is used by many personnel professionals throughout the world.   It is untimed, taking approximately 40 minutes to complete.   The questionnaire will be scored and the answers assessed by a qualified assessor.

What it measures
The 16PF5 assesses each individual's personality against 16 key scales which reflect behaviour and are extremely useful in predicting future behaviour and job performance.   The fact that many of the items are not apparently work- related makes it far harder to fake socially desirable responses and hence affect the results.
